This terrarium requires minimal maintenance, only requiring misting every 3-5 weeks. The moss is very slow growing and may never need trimming, but if it does start to grow beyond what you prefer simply get some small scissors and trim back into the preferred shape. The nerve plants may grow quickly and should be allowed to grow out until near to the lid. At that point they can be trimmed as desired & the cuttings can be put in water to grow new plants!
